I was looking for a car cable that can power my Lansinoh Smart Pump 2.0 as I didn't want to waste so many AA batteries on our upcoming trip. Works like a charm now and the cord is a great length. The cost of the cable and adapter will cost you a lot less than the $30 car cable on the Lansinoh website, and at a much better quality. My Lansinoh cable stopped working after 3 months, so I no longer trust their products. We recommend.
