I ordered this at the end of July and only opened it last night so I can't return it. But that's not the reason for the 1 star rating for me. The gel is mostly dry. I tried to fill the stick, slapped the tube with my hand and tried to soften the product. Nothing worked, there was no serum. I pulled out the instructions and what was in the box (sealed when I got it) was the instructions for the eyelash product! Don't waste your money.
