The product itself is comfortable and pleasant when it works, but sometimes the volume stagnates. My radio will be on all the time, but it sounds like the volume just turned up. Also, the eartip has an awkward tendency to detach from the acoustic tube and get stuck in the ear canal, so you basically need a pair of pliers to get it.
