Heats up quick! for my opinion
This neck warmer actually heats up pretty quickly and distributes the warmth evenly! It doesnt stretch or anything so it is strictly for neck use.or maybe leg use if it fits๐ it comes with instructions that are easy to understand but with only 2 buttons its pretty straight forward use anyways! I dont think it gets hot enough to soothe any injuries but it might bring some light relief for sore necks or just to warm up the body!
