This neck warmer actually heats up pretty quickly and distributes the warmth evenly! It doesnt stretch or anything so it is strictly for neck use.or maybe leg use if it fits😉 it comes with instructions that are easy to understand but with only 2 buttons its pretty straight forward use anyways!
