Installation is easy, but be prepared to trim the factory tailpipe. This tip won't go all the way with a factory full-length exhaust pipe. The black color was almost completely gone after a few months and started peeling off within a week or two. Very disappointing as my truck is completely "blacked out" and I now have a chrome tailpipe tip and my factory tailpipe is cut off. I will say that the quality of the lace itself is very good, only the finish is not good.
