Well done but my cats completely ignored it. I think maybe it's because it's not heavy enough to stand still while scratching? I will be returning it for one of the large horizontal claws before I am completely disappointed in this line of products and/or my cats. UPDATE - This 3 sided vertical cat tree had to be returned for the reasons above but they LOVE the 27 inch horizontal flip lounge which fits a larger cat and stays still because its weight helps keep it in place while scratching to hold position. They also use it as a "living room" bed. You can also make tiered wall shelves/kitty perches fun by attaching several of these to the wall. on Revein. And if they tear a page, I just flip them over so they can damage the backing a bit.
