Where do I start? The shower rail and shower head bracket are at least adequate, although I replaced the supplied ones with my own stainless steel screws and wall anchors. I was concerned about the plastic tubing, but it turned out to be one of the best parts of the build. Although the shower head is pathetic. I complained to Grohe about the tightness of the atomizer setting and they sent a replacement which was just as bad; I find it a bit difficult to adjust the spray pattern; It is very difficult for my wife and I think it would be almost impossible for most children. Also, the water just drips from the head and we don't have enough water pressure. I ended up replacing the shower head kindly provided to us by our local utility with a much better effect: much more powerful jet, much easier shape adjustment and 3 different shapes.
