The most important feature for me was being able to get my data in two locations at once (cloud storage). It also made backing up email easier which saved time. I wish there were more ways to customize it like having different accounts or even a user interface with some extra options available without logging into an account. Make sure your are comfortable setting this up yourself if needed because its not very intuitive! We had been using Backblaze before but they stopped working for us so we switched over to CloudHQ as their pricing seemed better than backblazes'. This solved our problems of needing backups off site as well as easy access from both home/office environments.
