Total disappointment, the product is terrible.
The service center refused to repair without a warranty card or receipt. I don’t have a receipt (a gift), I usually don’t keep warranty cards, for a long time many normal manufacturers have been servicing their equipment using serial numbers. As a result, I’m even glad, I won’t buy capsules for 2-3 thousand every week now, and in general I will never buy anything from this brand.
- Convenient to brew coffee, charged, launched, drank. Looks stylish in the kitchen.
- It broke in less than half a year, the button just lights up and nothing happens when pressed.
