I wish I would have listened to all the other recent reviews but I was optimistic. I received this item early October 2021 but didn’t use it until November 2021 when I moved into my new place. I barely used it, just about every other day and the item no longer works as of today (January 23 2022). I’ve only had it for a couple of months! This product is DEFECTIVE and YOU SHOULD NOT PURCHASE! The refund/return window is only 30 days so I’m left without a replacement or money back for this piece of S***! I strongly encourage you to listen to all the other negative reviews and not purchase this as it’s a waste of your money! There is no way to contact the seller for replacement either, so don’t buy!UPDATE: After my review the seller reached out to me to provide a replacement. I received my replacement on 1/28/22. I wanted to give time before coming back to update my review. I will give 4 stars for customer service in problem solving and rectifying the product. HOWEVER, I strongly stand by not purchasing this item as it has some form of defect and it could cause a house fire. Last night (3/17/22) I went to turn on the warmer, the moment I clicked on the warmer it sparked and blew a fuse in my bedroom. The warmer was plugged into a socket by itself so there was no other reason outside of this item being a danger. I threw it out immediately! Only had the replacement for a month and change and it almost set my house aflame. FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR HOME, DO NOT BUY!
