I liked this table, the lid moves when nothing is on it but it can't fall off because it's held by the tops of the legs. with my lamp on it and a few other little things doesn't move at all. It works as my bedside table for my platform bed, just the right height. It's big enough for my lamp, clock, mug or two. I really liked the bottom shelf, it gives me more space for books but still looks nice. it corresponds to the picture in color. This will also work well for plants. It's perfect for a small space and looks great, it makes a lovely little side table. When I got it in the mail it looked smaller than I thought it would be, but I didn't check the measurements or check it for room next to my bed beforehand, so it's with me and not on the website. I would buy it again, it's a great price for a cute side table and I can use it again and again for other things, it's versatile.
