Build quality is what you would expect from a product in this price range
If you're expecting the same build quality for a KVM that's 2 or 3 times the price, you'll be disappointed . But if you (like me) want a KVM with an 8-port switch that you only use every two months for onsite service at your collocation site, the value for money is hard to beat.
