This soft and comfortable duvet and pillowcase is made from 80% cotton and 20% polyester I associate my body with sand, surfing and wetsuits so I had a hard time believing that this duvet set reminded me of any of those things even though it has a bright pattern. Unlike many delicate fabrics like wool and silk, cotton-polyester blends require little maintenance. The fabrics are heat resistant and you can wash and dry clothes at almost any temperature without worrying about damage or shrinkage. Stained cotton/poly blend duvets should be treated before washing. I didn't think over $100 for a set of comforters was cheap, no doubt the branding has something to do with the price. I give 4 stars for wearing comfort, look and washability, 3 for the price, so somewhere in between is probably fair.
