I had problems with mine right away. So I returned it for another. I just requested a refund so the second one comes back and I'm done. positive points. Remote control. I liked the remote control. Very clear and easy to use. I have had other training collars and the remote control was difficult. From that. The buttons were large and clearly labeled, as well as a power button to prevent accidental presses. Those are all positives I can say. minuses. It just didn't work consistently. I have a 100 lb beagle that barks relentlessly. I bought it to curb this behavior. The first day went well. When I pressed the beep, I heard the beep. The second day just doesn't work. There is no beep when I press the button. I didn't make any changes to the remote or collar, it just stopped working. I removed the collar, tried again - no response. Then I realized that when it's on #2 it works now. I'm not sure how or why it switched to this setting. So I kept using it from the age of 2. Then it didn't work. I turned both collars off and on again and it went back to #1. But again, it didn't work every time I pressed the button. For 3 days I had to reset it at least once a day. Once I had to reset it twice. I wanted it to work when I needed it, but it didn't always work. I don't want to take the collar off while she's barking to reset it so I can page her. This defeats the purpose. So like I said I returned one and got a replacement but when the second one didn't give me consistency I decided to just get a refund and try another brand.
