I like that it is easy for my clients to use.
It has saved me time by having them fill out forms before they arrive at our office so we can quickly approve or deny them! The only thing I don't like about this program is when you have multiple people from one company using the same email address (which happens often) then there are duplicate emails sent back and forth between all parties involved. This makes keeping track of who did what very difficult. Also sometimes it takes awhile for the system to recognize that someone changed their information - but once it does, everything works fine again.
