I was looking for a nice pair of monogrammed cufflinks and saw these - sort of polished silver. They looked amazing in the pictures so I decided to give it a try. On the one hand, I'm so glad I did it. You look great. On the other hand I am disappointed and should give them 4 stars instead of 5. So why? These men cufflinks old silver plated alphabet came in a clear plastic box but the design of the inside to hold the cufflinks in place is not as intended. I would like to point out that the design of the box is not suitable for a gift - it looks a bit cheap. But that's nothing compared to the fact that the clips didn't hold one of the cufflinks in place, and when one of them clicked there, it caused a small scratch on the cufflink, spoiling its appearance. So in the end, yes, this box is bad news for the product. What a shame - these cufflinks look amazing. I can't tell you these are the best materials but they look and feel good so they're good enough. So Scotch is a big disappointment. Like silver, like black on silver. I like the brush-like element. I like the feel and the weight. I like that the clip opens and closes well and I think it will last a long time. In other words, I love these men's cufflinks, the old silver plated alphabet. I'm just deeply disappointed with the clearly visible scratch caused by the cheap packaging. Not the best way to sell a product - it's not good for showcasing or defending the actual product you are displaying in it. Finally, I love men's cufflinks, the ancient silver-plated alphabet, and am still very glad I got hold of them. But I'm disappointed.
