broken screen? in Computers and Accessories

was damaged This must be a defective device. Streaks from the box are visible on the screen. Either that or the screen is awful. I also can't figure out how to call and receive messages (using Verizon). I've seen reviews that show this tablet has a speaker and can make calls. I don't see these options. I am seriously considering returning this device.
