The label says "Made in USA". Issue #1 - Purchased 50 masks. After the fourth mask I wore broke easily, I decided to find out why the Made in the USA mask turned out to be junk. My neighbor gave me a "Made in China" mask because this American one broke during a visit. Both masks looked the same in the way the loop was attached. I tugged at the Chinese mask's ear loop where it was attached to the fabric with light pressure. The loop stayed connected to the mask. I put on all four ear loops of the new US mask and separated each ear loop from the fabric with very little pressure. Quality control problem? Problem #2 – The masks were placed in a plastic bag marked OLINE. After seeing offers from other sellers I was surprised to see that the masks were not included in the box. Yes, I have Ziploc freezer bags and how long does it take to order something that comes in a small box with a lid? BUT for $29.99 it would be nice if the manufacturer put the product in a box that comes out individually and the ear loops didn't detach from the masks.
