I love that it can be used for both internal communications or with clients/customers, as well has an excellent analytics tool to track feedback! There have been some minor issues in getting notifications out about new comments - but nothing major so far & this seems like something they are working through already (hopefully). It's very easy-to use when you get into using multiple accounts at once too which makes things even easier than other platforms we've tried before!! We're also able to see who commented most times vs least time etc within our discussions allowing us better insight without having someone else do all of those tasks manually every month / quarter :).
