Excellent product! I couldn't find any 3 foot (36 inch) LEDs in any of my local stores so I was glad to find your great product at a reasonable price. I received the goods in advance, which I was satisfied with. My client wanted color options and I think you only have one temp otherwise we would have gotten them all from you. She chose a different product because of the difference in color temperature and brightness. (I prefer the color and brightness of your lamp more than others - it's more like natural light and not too bright.) Your fixture uses ten 3-foot tubes. (Perhaps you could offer ten packs of 3-foot whistles. An entire boarding club of golf clubs has 10-foot-3-foot whistles in their kitchen.) She couldn't use the remaining two packs if she ordered three four-packs. She ended up with eight, and I installed five of them over the appliances and three over the kitchen nook. She's my boss, so she gets what she wants. Also, she has problems with her eyesight, so she chose a color that is too light and too blue (in my opinion). If you had a pack of ten available, we would pick yours instead. I sent a refund and received my refund quickly. You must have received the return as I have not heard anything else from you. However, Amazon says they are still waiting for a refund. Please update the status to "return received" otherwise if you haven't received your return let me know and I'll pull out the UPS Ground Service tracking receipt. Many Thanks.
