These are awesome. I am really impressed with the way they install. No more "wrapping" the screw post. For new install or replacement.just strip the wire back about 3/4". Make sure the stripped wire is straight, insert the wire into the correct hole (load/gold, neutral/silver) side of the receptacle, attach the ground (green) and you are done. AT first I thought I would not be able to use this receptacle. But, after looking closely at the back of the receptacle, I noticed that unlike typical models, the receptacle does have two load and neutral posts. They are at the top, positioned next to each other (up & down). I bought a number of these packs of four (4). I did a check on each one, to include the USB ports. Each worked perfectly. I now have USB "charge and transfer" capability in all my rooms. These are the Cat's meow!
