Dog Hates Lifesaving Attemps - Would Prefer to Freeze

My dog, Cassiopeia, LOVES being outside. But when it's -25 her paws freeze, obviously. So, I decided to buy her some booties. She refused to wear them and easily got them off.So, I bought her these booties, thinking they'd be harder to get off since they're taller. Well, that plan didn't work. At all. Not even a little.I'm not sure how to get her to keep the booties on without her freezing in place looking at me like I've given her family to Cruella DeVille to make coats.Regardless, they seem warm and durable, but my dog won't do anything when wearing them (she won't even walk) and once inside she gets them off right away, Velcro straps be damned.I'm sure they work great, but my dog would rather freeze her paws solid than wear booties. It's hard enough to get her to wear a sweater or jacket. If things change and she finally wears them, I'll update this review. Just don't hold your breath.(She was really mad at me for the rest of the day after this pic. 😂)
