The first problem is that the screws that attach to the plate are on top. And there's not enough room in my low basement to slide a screwdriver over it. Look at the photo of a short Philips that does not fit. I had to use a key with a knob. The next problem is that the plate itself isn't big enough to line up the holes in a standard electrical box. I was able to tweak it to make it work, but the design sucks. Third, it doesn't even cover the top of the box. 4. Wire nuts are not included. Finally, the lamp is made of solid steel and is very heavy. Now the motion detection feature and the light itself seem great. I also posted this photo. It seemed to stay on while I was working nearby and also turned off now that I'm not around.
