Review on Enhance Call Clarity and Comfort with Plantronics S12 Corded Telephone Headset System 64703-03 by Kaveen Reyes

I needed a headset that sounded decent and worked with my phone that I already had. It fits the bill perfectly and I really like it. People tell me that my voice ends up sounding normal and clear. Only 2 things kept me from giving five stars. 1. You disconnect the handset from your existing phone and connect it to the Plantronics base station on the back. I have no problem with that, but my phone has a short coiled cord, and every time I pick up the phone, the Plantronics base is so light that it lifts off the table, tips, drops the headset, etc. etc. you picture to get. I just healed it with sticky velcro on the table to hold the base in place. 2. The arc of the spring part of the headset is curved for a small child. I've tried changing its shape, but I'm afraid I'll break it if I use any more force. If you have a small head, no problem. But with my big head, I have to sit very still when speaking, otherwise the plastic pad on the opposite side of the receiver will get tangled in my hair and the whole headset will fall off my head. Someday I will find a solution. All in all I looked and looked before buying this one and I'm really glad I got it. I can hear well on it, although my hearing isn't very good, and it frees my hands to write etc.
