I bought this mattress pad for my son's double bed because the product description says '100% waterproof' and the mattress doesn't get wet on the bed. Well my son had an accident over the weekend and I'll tell you. The mattress topper is not even 1% waterproof! When I unzipped it to take it off, I noticed that all the urine had seeped through the supposedly 100% waterproof material! I was furious to consider that I paid $40 for this protector only to find out it was a waste of my money and now I can't return it. Not to mention I had to scrub and clean my son's BRAND NEW mattress because this protector didn't do the job. If you just want to pack your mattress I'm sure this product will work really well but if you have young children like me who can really bed wet DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I don't normally write reviews but felt I had to for this product so other parents would be aware of the false advertising and not waste their money.
