After getting the second one, I'm returning this one because of its HORRIBLE battery life. Like the first (which I modified), the second only lasts an hour and a half (maximum) on a full charge, which is a far cry from the 16 hour battery life advertised in the product description. IMHO this is a real problem and the reason I gave up on this speaker altogether. Otherwise, the sound is ok and quite acceptable for use on a bike. While I originally got it for bike use because of the included chime (you can access it via the remote). However, after use, a regular bike bell is the best solution (especially if your speaker's battery dies, which is a common occurrence with this speaker). The range of included accessories and remote controls is amazing. If it weren't for the terrible battery life I'd happily recommend this speaker, but unfortunately it's a HARD pass. Look elsewhere because this speaker is rubbish.
