My team uses it for all internal hiring processes, from posting openings to screening applicants through interview scheduling and finalizing offers. It has great integrations with many of our other tools as well - LinkedIn Recruiter Pro comes in handy when we are looking at candidates that have not filled out their profile, but they may be interested in pursuing opportunities at our organization. The ability to use both sides of the application process (i.e., screen applicants before inviting them into interviews) makes this tool very powerful. We've been using iApplicants since 2012 and I can't say enough good things about its ease-of-use and functionality. Our recruiting staff loves how easy it is to find new people in such a large pool of applicants. They also really enjoy being able to schedule interviews directly from within the platform rather than having to log off to attend one or more meetings.
