This product does exactly what it says on the box. It was easy to set up and use. I never have to worry about losing a key or forgetting a combination ever again. I will definitely be buying more of these for myself or as gifts. This is a product that is well made and will stand up to airport baggage handling Update January 13, 2017 Now that I use this lock for both my checked and carry on luggage I would definitely recommend it to all travellers. It's quick and easy to use with my phone, Apple Watch, or the tag that came with it. You don't have to search for keys or try to find my dots to create a combination. On my most recent trip, my checked baggage was opened by TSA, I assume it's part of their standard baggage screening, and resealed with no problems. It's so handy I can't imagine ever using any locks other than this one.
