My old electric lighter broke. Not because of wear and tear, but because my son accidentally dropped a brick on it. ahhh, I was a sad and crazy mother. So I needed a new one. I liked how the top flexes to fit rooms better, like lighting my candles. Basically, it is already charged, but you can charge it before using it. It's safe and easy to use and when it gets low just plug it in. It's way better and cheaper because if nobody breaks it, it should last forever.
