When I ordered this product, two out of three protectors broke within a week. I would normally give a product like this a bad review, but the company's customer service was outstanding. I contacted them via email and they gave me a promo code to order a replacement right away. The replacement costs about 7 cents after applying the promo code. They offered a completely free replacement but it had to be shipped from China and would have taken 2 weeks to arrive. I pay 7 cents to get the product faster. No problem. The third defender who was in the original order is still holding out. Maybe the first two were defective. Spring. At least I'll have a new one soon. They go perfectly with my fossil Carlyle.
