I bought these over a year ago in a size 2/3T for pajama shirts and I love them. Our almost 4 year old is very slim and they helped him tremendously. I just ordered the 4 listed here because he needed more length but 4T came which is basically a bit longer and much wider than the 2/3T. As they are only for pyjamas, they fit, but they definitely don't fit my child! Shown are 2/3T and 4T (only listed as 4 on Revain) side by side, both washed. They're a little thinner than a regular shirt, but don't show through. They made great pajama tops for us, really allowing us to use those mismatched pajama bottoms we always pass down from cousins!
