This package contains 12 different colors of curly "hair" that clip in to add highlight of color to hair. Open the clip, place it where you want and then snap it closed. The "hair" will stay in place without additional need to secure. My little girl loves wearing one or two of these just peeking out from her long light brown hair to give a little pizzazz to her hair -- plus with all the colors you can mix and match to her heart's delight. You can even wash or use a curling iron (on very low heat) or hot rollers to give more or less curl.
