Now for the good points of this chair. Easy assembly, it took less than 30 minutes. Reading other reviews I will make a caveat in step 4, when attaching the mechanism to the seat of the chair, make sure the back of the mechanism is perpendicular to the back of the chair to prevent the chair back from twisting when attaching tilts. The back of the chair is made of mesh and allows for good air circulation, I have never felt hot in this chair. Finally, the fantastic wheels are a transparent rubber substance that moves freely on the ground without leaving any marks or making any noise. Now for the bad parts, first you have to understand that I'm 6ft 8" tall which causes problems with a lot of things on this chair. The seat height of the chair from the floor is actually good. I didn't feel uncomfortable sitting in a chair. With my awkward angle needs I guess I should have added this above but not going back. Due to my size the lumbar support hits my pelvis not my back whilst being pressure adjustable it is adjustable in height which I just assumed from the description is stated the adjustable lumbar support. Next is the seat cushion, it's very hard and not very comfortable. With the combination of both, either my back or buttocks hurt, or I got numb from the pressure of the leaning backrest your back on the chair (the The back of the chair does not support my back even when locked in the highest position unless I lean back). I close on a good point, the headrest is very adjustable and fits my height, unfortunately considering the fact that I have to lean back to use it doesn't matter. The back of the chair falls just below my shoulders, so if I lean too far back it digs into my shoulders as it's actually a crossbar with a net draped over it. I am returning this chair despite being described as a large and tall chair but it is not. As previously mentioned, I am 6ft 8in, 290lbs and this chair does not fit me.
