It's easy for us as developers or business users who have never used it before can easily understand how this tool works without any training from their side! We've been using synatics since last year when our system was upgraded in production environment but even after so many months I haven't found anything which could be considered negative about my experience while working here!! If you are looking out an integrated product then definitely go ahead.

Our main concern has always revolved around Data Integration process where there were several issues faced during development phase like inconsistency between source systems etc., now everything seems pretty smooth thanks mainly due its ease & simplicity factor alongwith support team available 24/7 (Which also helps me whenever i need some clarification).
