3.5 Of course my kids are 4 and 2 years old and the recommended age is 6+, I still feel this game might just disappoint kids. The concept is really cool and I love the interactive aspect of the game. Each of the four people has their own rope and together they can move the suspended Mission: Impossible figure around the game board to complete tasks to find the diamond and get it before the police get to them. Unless all players can equally understand how the strings work in tandem, you won't get very far and trying to explain what to do is frustrating. Especially after you open the diamond chest and the countdown starts, if you can't work together, the achievement is elusive. Even as an adult it was a bit difficult. Some parts are made of hard plastic, but the main base of the board is hard cardboard, which is not very strong and safe for the types of movement required in the game. I would like to see a more durable game board to help kids succeed. Like I said my kids are too young to understand the functionality of the board and they don't have the tenacity to figure it out yet. I think it can be a lot of fun for older kids - maybe at least 10 years old.
