I like mostly.
I have problems with my legs and back. It helped me, but flipping it over while using it is a little tricky. It is very bulky and takes up a lot of bed space. I have a king bed and it works fine on it but keep that in mind when you buy it. I'm only giving it 4 stars because it's hard to turn. It comes with a zippered pillowcase, but you can buy an extra pillowcase. Hope that helps
