I was hoping it would be the same material as I don't like the mesh material

I read in several reviews that the entire crib skirt is made of the same material. I've read some that said they came with cheap mesh material. I had cheap netting. I was hoping it would be the same material as I don't like the mesh material. The description doesn't really say what the part under the mattress is made of, but I was hoping it would be the same material as the bed surround, as stated in several reviews. It was a great disappointment for me that this is not the case. It seems strange to me that some were and some weren't. I'm interested in what other people think about it. So it's ok but not what I wanted or expected.
