Review on 🔪 Pro-level Precision: ZWILLING J.A. Henckels Professional S 2-Piece Chef's Set by April Lee

I bought these knives because I've had two Henckels paring knives for over 15 years, which are awesome but were made in Spain and I wanted a German version. The descriptions were excellent too. Both blades are very sharp and sharpen well, but just yesterday the blade tip was bent with normal, uncomplicated use! I then compared the thickness of this blade to my old ones and was amazed to find that the thickness didn't even come close. it's at least half as thick, not even thinner. So a very good chef's knife performed well, but I use Cut more often, and while the knife feels great, the curved tip has now compromised the blade (even if I straighten it, it will be weaker).
