The horns are definitely flapping and not standing like in the picture. Sizing is a bit off - I have 2 Chihuahuas, one is 7lbs and the other is 10lbs. The 7 lbs is medium sized and is basically the same as the picture. The arms are a bit long and loose. I grew 10 pounds because she has a wide chest and is usually one size bigger than the other. It's very large, almost 2 sizes larger than average, but it fits perfectly. Better a little looser than too tight and uncomfortable! Overall I love them! Very soft and so cute!
