The best thing about LP as an employer was its leadership culture which I felt valued me being part of it! Being exposed early into professional practice gave us all opportunities regardless our backgrounds or seniority within other firms.
It also provided training programs throughout my career - from trainee at summer associate level up through managing associates & partners alike. At times there were not enough resources available but this wasn't too often (we had good mentoring). Sometimes we did have issues finding talent locally due mainly because many people wanted experience elsewhere before moving here so they would look closer home first then come over when offered employment by LPCP.
