Professional Practice Firm with great Leadership Culture

The best thing about LP as an employer was its leadership culture which I felt valued me being part of it! Being exposed early into professional practice gave us all opportunities regardless our backgrounds or seniority within other firms. It also provided training programs throughout my career - from trainee at summer associate level up through managing associates & partners alike. At times there were not enough resources available but this wasn't too often (we had good mentoring). Sometimes…

  • Time off can be accumulated for vacation/sick days to take time later in work life.
  • Management seems very open with giving feedback regarding performance reviews even though some may feel that's "unfair" compared others who receive better treatment than them

Very happy client, great first impression and continued positive follow up

We were looking for an attorney who could help us put together our initial deal structuring documents. Jennifer was able to meet all of my needs while being extremely professional at every step along the way! I have no complaints about her or any aspect of working with her - she made everything easy!! Nothing so far but we're not done yet either! As one of two founding partners/owners (the other having been around since day 1) it works well as each brings different skillsets into play…

Great Firm with Great Attorneys and an easy to work with staff

The legal department was very helpful during the COVID crisis. They were responsive and professional while supporting our team remotely. I can't think of anything specifically I disliked about my experience at Lane Powell - they are easy to work with, always available to answer questions, and have fantastic resources. Great Professional Representation for Non compete

The team at LPC was very professional throughout our entire engagement; they were responsive when we needed help right away as well taking time out from busy schedules during negotiations by email or phone calls which I appreciated! They had many opportunities available including two different types of offers (counter offer vs best/final). We found them knowledgeable about local laws regarding employment agreements but also nationally if necessary due care should be taken into account depending

Great attorneys, good work colleagues and awesome staff

I worked closely w/ one attorney at this office - she did great things! In fact; our legal issues were so complex (as was everything else), it took 4 lawyers over many months working together until we achieved success!! But they really do know how tp be trusted &amptruly can handle any situation thrown its way or anticipated by you.
