I like how easy it is to set up my program with this tool versus Excel or other tools we have used in previous years! It would be great if there was an option for people who don't know much about setting these types of things (ie myself) so they can get started right away without having any questions/concerns while their employees are using our benefits plan during open enrollment time!! We use Compose all year long throughout Open Enrollment because its pretty straight forward once you understand what each row does - which makes communicating changes easier than trying explain them over email etc.. The ability to send out emails directly from within compose has also been really helpful when sending updates regarding eligibility requirements since those rules change frequently between cycles. Using composition allows us not only keep track but give quick reminders via automated reminder messages whenever needed. ! Overall very happy user here at work. !! Easy setup process & intuitive interface make composing.
