I don't know why they don't have more softness options. These are too soft. I certainly don't want a hard or stiff toothbrush, but I would like something more durable than what I would use on a young child. I think the water-oil feature is meant to make the difference, but sometimes I just want to brush my teeth without water, which is a joke. I actually thought the brush they gave you with the device was cheap to force you to buy a replacement. So imagine my surprise when the replacement devices turned out to be the same junk. I wonder if the nozzles from other companies will fit?
