Amazing Customer Service Tool For Insurance Agents
I love how it allows me as an account rep for my insurance agency so much more control over our accounts with clients! It's very user friendly which makes training new reps easy because they can figure things out quickly without needing help all at once if needed or desired!! There isn’t anything i dislike specifically but there are some features we would like added such us being allowed access via iphone/ipad app instead of having desktop only version available when using mobile devices (iPad). We have been working hard since implementing ARKIEVA demand planner last year now this fall season has come around faster than expected due mainly doo dahhhh weather here locally where its cold outside! Our biggest issue was not knowing exactly what each client wanted until after speaking wihrout getting any info before hand through email etc.. Now everything falls into place quicker while still keeping track off who likes certain products ect...
- I like how all of the info one would need for an accurate forecast or plan is available quickly through the system and the fact that it is very user friendly without spending alot of time learning it
- There is really nothing that i dislike but would like to mention the possibility of being able to access on mobile devices with the same ease as you can on a desktop
