I've just installed this fan and I have to say it looks great against the green ceiling of our sunny rooms. It's quiet and moves air pretty well, but it wasn't the easiest fan I've ever installed. I've renovated a few houses, renovated a few rooms, and installed a lot of ceiling fans, but this one almost blew me away. It's easy until you attach the lower switch housing. It only works one way as the on/off switch and airflow direction switch are mounted on the top switch housing. The problem is aligning the wire harness and switch module so that the bottom cover can be slid into position just enough for the three mounting screws to fit. I probably spent more time on this step than all the others combined. After assembling all the parts and installing the screws, I'm glad we bought this fan. In fact, I just placed an order for the exact same thing. Your mileage may vary, but be aware that installation has its own issues.
