It's not even just normal, it's overpriced junk.

Update 8/2020: the longer I use this, the more I can't stand it. It's cheap but not cheap, it's thin and unstable. It's almost collapsed several times and I don't recommend it at all. The 4th screw above doesn't matter, it's just junk. Luckily for the same price I was able to order a much better option that is finally back in stock. Everything is OK. It will serve its purpose. It's not height adjustable which I knew when I ordered and the height adjustable ones at the same price have always sold out. Assembly was easy down to the last screw securing the top. It was not processed correctly, so the threads do not match (see picture). From above you have to make do with 3 screws. Either do better or lower the price guys. I don't recommend yet.
