Review on 🎃 Layered Colorful Halloween Cosplay Girls' Skirts & Skorts by TFJH by Todd Phillips

We bought this for the 'Neon' party dress at school. The colors are bright and wonderful. Two problems: First, it was too small, so small that my daughter found it uncomfortable to wear it all day, although she liked the colors. Second, the tulle-like fabric is attached to the belt, but the different colors are just loose, like the flags on a soccer belt. This resulted in the fabric not covering my daughter's butt because it was spreading and unraveling on both sides. Just weird.
