So far - good experience with excellent Customer Service

Sectara has been very supportive when I have needed assistance from their team of customer support specialists! They are always quick at responding as well; they provide insight into your business problems which helps you make more informed decisions for yourself or others who need help solving those issues/problems within our organization (we're an insurance brokerage).

There's nothing wrong wtih this platform per se but perhaps better documentation would aid new user training somewhat because there isn't much information out thre right now regarding using Sections via social media platforms like Facebook etc., other than what one can find by reading FAQs &amp Support forums online? This software works great if used correctly!! It provides us all visibility about current risks posed against insurances policies being underwritten currently so staff does not procrastinate making decision calls until end date passed without having realized potential liabilities could result later down.
