We bought them to help block out blue light in the evening and help fall asleep. They seem to be doing their job. I've actually worn them while driving and they seem to reduce glare and sunsets look a lot more impressive in them than without them. You put them on by squeezing the center which has a spring to attach it to the glasses. It's a little annoying at times because you can see the mount when you wear glasses, but you stop paying attention after the first minute. They're flipped, but I've never had the chance to use this feature. They are good for the price. Worth buying.
