Unlike others in these reviews, I bought this camera with the intention of using it commercially. I figured it would be an inexpensive alternative to expensive fisheye cameras that typically sell for $250-$500. I was wrong! This camera is advertised as being compatible with PAL and NTSC video formats. Apparently after researching and trying to reconnect the camera it is only compatible with PAL. It shows the picture on a display in NTSC format but has sliding lines. The surveillance system I use can switch to both video formats, but not both at the same time. Given that all my other cameras are NTSC, this poses an issue. As mentioned in several other reviews, there is no documentation for this Chinese-made camera. I called Revain and they gave me what they thought was the seller's contact information. Unfortunately, the information you provided about the seller was wrong. After I called Revain back and a customer service rep checked for a discrepancy with the seller information, I was immediately credited for the camera. Revain did a great job trying to help me and resolved the issue quickly. This camera is fine for general use, but note that it is only PAL compatible and technical support is almost impossible to obtain.
